Hi! My name is Karly Birkenfeld and I am the proud owner of Eileen’s Cookies in Highlands Ranch! I am wife to Ryan and mom to Luke, Levi and Anna. I was a stay-at-home mom for 15 years and a youth ministry volunteer for 7 of those years before delving into the cookie world!
My continued goal is to be a LIGHT in this world! Our family has been a customer of Eileen’s since moving to Colorado in 2014 so it’s more than fair to say we have a genuine love for the products! The team at Eileen’s is truly amazing and we are thrilled to be able to serve our customers and community!!
